The World Health Organization reports a 25% global increase in anxiety and depression throughout the pandemic. During the same time, the mental health app industry skyrocketed. But how helpful are these programs? Dr. Stephanie Collier discusses the dangers of using these apps, many of which have no scientific evidence of successfully treating mental health.
