  1. Thanks for sharing an informative piece. A few I already aware of and rest came to know from here. It is really helpful for those who are suffering from mental illness and are unable to find out a good way. I suggest that meditation is one of the best ways to maintain a healthy and strong mind. This obnoxious situation has made almost everyone to suffer at some points. So, have an optimistic approach and stay safe.
