Even though the APMA estimates that three out of four people will develop serious foot pain, foot health is often neglected until it’s too late. Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of foot discomfort – and it’s preventable in many cases. Dr. Marlene Reid, a podiatric surgeon, explains proper foot care and how to mitigate any pain flare-ups.
